Rapp to Present Supporting Evidence for Historic Women’s Right-to-Know Act

WHO: In addition to Reps. Kathy Rapp (R-Warren/Forest/McKean) and Deberah Kula (D-Fayette/Westmoreland), many other legislative co-sponsors and policy advocates will attend.
WHEN: Monday, Jan. 23, 11 a.m.
