Rapp to Present Supporting Evidence for Historic Women’s Right-to-Know Act
WHAT: Bringing a tangible legislative action item to Monday’s national March for Life and the anniversary of Roe versus Wade, State Rep. Kathy Rapp will host a state Capitol press conference to build momentum for passage of the Women’s Right-to-Know Act (House Bill 1077).

Already receiving the bipartisan support of approximately 113 legislative co-sponsors, the Women’s Right-to-Know Act would provide all pregnant women in Pennsylvania with the right to view an ultrasound of their babies when considering an abortion.

WHO: In addition to Reps. Kathy Rapp (R-Warren/Forest/McKean) and Deberah Kula (D-Fayette/Westmoreland), many other legislative co-sponsors and policy advocates will attend.

WHEN: Monday, Jan. 23, 11 a.m.
