Rapp and Hutchinson to Host Next Concealed Carry Seminar on May 14
WARREN — Rep. Kathy Rapp (R-Warren/Forest/McKean) and Sen. Scott Hutchinson (R-Warren/Butler/Clarion/Erie/Venango) will host their next Concealed Carry Seminar on Saturday, May 14, from 9-11 a.m. This no-cost seminar will be held at the Warren Holiday Inn, 210 Ludlow Street.

“Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, clearly states that, ‘The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned,’” said Rapp. “In light of the Obama administration’s ongoing attacks on our Second Amendment liberties, it is no surprise that the number of citizens obtaining concealed carry permits is on the rise. This seminar is a unique opportunity for law-abiding firearm owners to expand their knowledge of existing gun laws and get a better understanding about freely and responsibly exercising your right to keep and bear arms.”

Crawford County Sheriff Nick Hoke, Forest County Sheriff Robert Wolfgang, Warren County Sheriff Ken Klakamp and Warren County District Attorney Rob Greene will present the facts and answer questions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws, the Castle Doctrine and other valuable information regarding firearms safety and state gun laws. Concealed carry license applications will also be available at this event.

Seating is limited and will fill up quickly! The first 250 people to RSVP by calling Rapp’s Titusville or Warren district offices at (814) 827-6054 or (814) 723-5203 will get to attend.

Please note: RSVP preference will be given to residents of the 65th Legislative District, which includes all of Warren County; a portion of Crawford County consisting of the city of Titusville; the boroughs of Centerville and Hydetown; and the townships of Athens, Bloomfield, Oil Creek, Rome, Sparta, Steuben and Troy; and a portion of Forest County consisting of the townships of Green, Harmony, Hickory, Howe, Kingsley, Tionesta, and the borough of Tionesta.
